All orders include FREE shipping.
All items are hand-crafted to order, which just means we do not keep a stock of any finished items. We only build pieces once the specific sizes and colors have been chosen by the customer. Our current production time 3-5 business days (1 week). Once completed most orders will ship UPS ground. Tracking is provided at time of shipment.
All our items are shipped fully assembled. All you need to do is unbox and enjoy your new item!

We insure all packages against damage at their purchase price. If your order arrives damaged please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We do need your assistance with the claim as photographs are required for proof of damage.
